tlc Real Estate Services Limited Recognises MRI Qube PM as the Strongest All-Round Solution for Block Management


London-based Block Management and Estate Agent company, tlc, has chosen to implement MRI Qube Property Management to support their growing Block Management portfolio.

tlc, founded in 1968 and voted the best Estate Agent in Kensington and Chelsea, has decided to implement MRI Qube PM to streamline their core block management processes. This will include leaseholder management, service charge management, facility management, compliance, and client accounting.

The team identified several areas for efficiency improvement in receipt matching, supplier payment, bank reconciliation, maintenance operations, and client reporting. This led tlc to survey the market to replace their current Block Management solution, a process in which they reviewed three other solutions.

tlc ultimately decided to move ahead with MRI Software as the strongest all-round solution to help their team scale and improve customer service through the rationalisation of their processes.
