With 24/7 online access, tenants will be able to view lease details, track payments, manage service charge queries, and submit maintenance requests—in turn reducing the administrative burden on Council teams while improving customer engagement. This digital-first approach supports Hackney’s dedication to innovation and resident-focused services.
