Hegarty Property Management Ltd choose MRI Software to power their block management portfolio to deliver enhanced customer service
Hegarty are an award-winning, Northampton-based agent managing a rapidly growing portfolio. Having reviewed and trialled several solutions, their search led Hegarty to MRI Software, where they selected MRI Qube Property Management and MRI Engage, a complementary customer portal to elevate customer service across the business.
A key part of the MRI Qube PM solution that appealed to Hegarty is the Manager Hub and Site Survey functionality, enabling the team at Hegarty to fully mobilise their solution when working on-site.
