Ashville Group selects MRI Software to drive operational efficiency and enhance tenant experience


Ashville Group, a property development and investment consultancy with a trading history of over half a century, has chosen MRI Software as its strategic technology partner. Ashville’s unbroken success has helped its investors achieve extraordinary results while reducing the risk profile of its property ownership. Ashville specialises in the repositioning of office assets and their ongoing operation, and strategic land management and development, with clients serviced by an experienced team of Development, Asset and Property Managers supported by an in-house Finance team. 

Ashville required a robust software platform to support with streamlining its financial operations by reducing the amount of time spent on manual tasks, processes and reporting. In addition, the Ashville team sought an integrated property management and accounting platform to eliminate data silos across various teams to improve visibility and provide on-demand access to portfolio information whilst reducing the risk of errors and duplication. 

Following an extensive review of the market, MRI Software was chosen as Ashville’s long term strategic software partner due to its powerful automation capabilities, workflow functionality, remote portfolio access, flexible reporting options and its market leading AI strategy.  

Ashville will leverage MRI Contract Intelligence, a leading AI-first lease and data extraction platform to facilitate portfolio onboarding during the data migration process whilst acting as a centralised source of portfolio information moving forwards.  

MRI Qube Property Management will be implemented as Ashville’s fully integrated property management and accounting platform with access to comprehensive functionality, robust reporting, powerful automation and accurate portfolio information at the click of a button.  

Finally, MRI Engage, a tenant-focussed portal, which seamlessly integrates with MRI Qube PM will enable Ashville to further enhance its tenant experiences, communication and service levels with their tenants who will be able to self-serve when needing to access key documents, make maintenance enquiries and pay invoices.
