MRI Evolution: A completely web-based CAFM solution that merges powerful functionality with sophisticated technology to extend Facilities Management (FM) across borders, and optimises process efficiency, accuracy and productivity throughout the lifecycle. With its standard web browser, it is straightforward to use and gives a single, integrated cross-portfolio view of facilities and maintenance activities, schedules and contracts.
Evolution Go / FSI Go app: A Mobile Application solution, extending the functionality of MRI Evolution and third party integrated systems to your mobile workforce. Go supports mixed environment smartphones and tablets, plus ‘bring your own’ device. The Go app is available to download from the Apple, Windows and Google Play stores.
The Evolution Go and FSI Go app can collect your location information through your IP address, WiFi, and GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude/longitude) available through your mobile device.
Depending on your device settings, Go can collect location information in the background, even when you are not actively using the app. We collect and maintain location data to provide you the features and functionality of the Service.
You can turn off collection of location data within your mobile device settings, but please note that this will reduce functionality.
MRI Advantage: A suite of Apps, designed to encourage the entire workplace community to contribute to the success of the facilities they occupy. Connecting MRI Evolution CAFM technology to the business via end users and their mobile devices. Effective and successful FM is put directly in the hands of all those on the receiving end, promoting a positive workplace environment and enhancing corporate wellbeing. The Apps and their container can be branded to make them your own. Functionality can be tailored to suit end users.
Apps include: Chat Log: sociable facilities helpdesk experience for use by end users / Our Say: community suggestion and voting tool / My Visitors: pre-book in a visitor and receive notifications of arrival.
