Span Group Ltd strengthen operational performance with MRI Software 

Multi-disciplinary property management company Span Group Ltd have selected MRI Software’s suite of Living solutions to further streamline their already successful operations. The move to MRI Software means the organisation is taking on MRI Qube Property Management, MRI Engage which is a customisable tenant portal, and AP Essentials which offers Span Group Ltd ‘Invoice Intelligence’, through the automation of invoice processing.

Span Group Ltd operate within three core models: investment & asset management, design & development, and lettings & property management. Running end-to-end management across various multi-use buildings, assets range from storage, industrial and commercial offices, to high-end sustainable family homes and block management.

The business went to market seeking a single software solution that could not only consolidate and improve on the functionality of existing systems, but also support service charge management, invoice processing, maintenance actions and property accounting.

Following a detailed systems review, Span Group Ltd decided to future-proof the business with MRI Qube PM, leveraging its capabilities to work across commercial, residential and mixed-use spaces. The property and finance teams will be able to take advantage of robust processes in workflows, approvals, bank reconciliations and invoice automation within Accounts Payable. MRI Engage will additionally provide Span Group Ltd’s tenants with a straightforward and enjoyable user experience to digitally access key documents and settle outstanding balances at any time of day.
