Enrolling in Live Trainings

1. Purchasing a Live training through the MRI Training Academy is a two step process.
   • Step 1: On the checkout page, select the date
   • Step 2: Then purchase the training using PayPal, credit or debit card
2. All Live trainings are delivered via Webex.
   • To join the Live training you must sign in to the Training Academy, then visit My Courses and select the live training title.
   • Click the option to Launch the training.
   • Note: You can join live trainings only 5-10 minutes prior to the start time. Once you launch the Webex video portion, you will need to follow the instructions to dial into the audio portion either by phone or computer.

3. If you experience any issues enrolling or joining a live training, contact education@mrisoftware.com for assistance.

How to reset your password to the MRI Training Academy

1. Select Forgot Password link.
2. Enter your email address associated with your login.
3. Select Reset my Password.
4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders as the email will come from a ‘noreply’ email address.
5. Reset your password using the instructions provided to login.
