Each month MRI OnLocation delivers insights on retail performance for downtowns. December saw a boost in pedestrian traffic over the festive period. The boost was predominantly driven by increases on the East Coast, which is the highest month-over-month jump recorded in U.S. downtowns since MRI Software have started publishing its benchmarking data since 2014.
